Charter Group Finance 

We have had our current mortgage through Charter Group Finance since 2006 and couldn’t be happier with the service that Paul Economides has provided during that time.

After we made initial contact, Paul made the effort to come and meet us at our house which is an hours drive from his office, outside of normal working hours, to fully understand our exact situation, explain in full the options we had and which loan would be most suitable for us.  As a newly married couple and this was our first mortgage, he explained the different types of loans available, the costs involved and the how the repayments would work. He made everything very clear and outlined a number of options to us and took the time to make sure we were getting the best loan in light of our current and possible future changes to our personal situation, with plans for children and a changing work environment.

Once we had decided to proceed, Paul made the application process very easy by doing a lot of the work for us and letting us know exactly what information we required and the documents that we needed to produce. He kept us up to date with the processing of the application, assisted with applying for the First Home Owners Grant, helped us arrange settlement with our solicitor and ensured we had all the account details, card and internet access to the account once everything was finalised.

Since our initial mortgage, we have re-financed through Charter Group, which again was done without any stress on our part thank to Paul’s great advice and diligent work. He has been in contact to ensure that our current deal suits our changing needs and I have recommended Charter Group to my friends since. I would absolutely recommend Paul and his staff for anyone looking for a mortgage in the future.
